Growth Strategy: Phoenix Garden 🌱 and the Corporation for the Development of Astrakhan Oblast 🤝
We are pleased to announce the start of strategic cooperation with the Corporation for the Development of Astrakhan Oblast (Southern Russia) in supporting the Phoenix Garden project. 🎉
Under the signed agreement, the Corporation and the Phoenix Garden team will work together to implement the investment project.
Main areas of cooperation:
✅ information and advisory support on all matters related to project implementation;
✅ assistance in obtaining approvals and permits from local self-government bodies and executive authorities of Astrakhan Oblast;
✅ interaction with territorial federal authorities, regional executive bodies, municipalities, and specialised organisations on investment project support;
✅ prompt information to the initiator about available forms of state support and benefits in Astrakhan Oblast;
✅ provision of other support measures stipulated by federal and regional legislation, within the Corporation's competence.

The organisation operates in a spirit of constructive partnership and focuses on building effective communications with project initiators and investors to stimulate sustainable economic development of the region.
